Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness meditation, integrative health coaching, Victoria works with individuals and couples so they can gain awareness into the "why," and how this awareness can heal and enhance what matters in life: our physical, emotional, spiritual health and most importantly our relationships with others. 

Victoria brings 15 years of psychotherapy practice to her work.  She is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, completed NYU’s Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s health coaching certification program. Additionally, she leads corporate wellness workshops all over NYC.

About Her Training

Individual and Couples Psychotherapy

Victoria is a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working in both community mental health and private practice, helping individuals and couples with a wide variety of concerns.  She graduated from Columbia University's School of Social Work and completed post graduate training at NYU's Institute for Psychoanalytic Education.  

Holistic Health Coaching

Nutrition is one of the most underrated aspects of emotional health.  Having a natural passion for health  Victoria attained additional certification in functional nutritional health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, enriching her knowledge of nutrition and it's impact on emotional wellbeing.  

Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction

In addition to her psychotherapy training, Victoria uses evidence-based mindfulness treatment with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and Stress Reduction.
